He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Fishburn and Dorothy Fishburn (Griffith); his wife Angie (Angie); and his brothers, Melvin and Gordon.
He is survived by: his children, Allen (SanDe), Arlon (Barbara), Anne Dare (Roy), Adrian (Debra) and Amy Fishburn. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Douglas County Visiting Nurses in Alvin's name.
