We bid farewell to Angeline (Angie) Mae Fishburn of Lawrence, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 18, 2025 at the age of 94. Angeline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Angeline farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Angeline is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Flora and Lizzie Delp Flora. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Fishburn; and her children, Allen (SanDe), Arlon (Barbara), Anne Dare (Roy), Adrian (Debra) and Amy Fishburn. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Angie's name to the University of Kansas Audio-Reader Program or Lawrence Public Library Early Literacy Program.
