She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stumblingbear and Thelma Stumblingbear (Bointy); her children, Jason Buffalohead, Wesley Collins and Jennie Collins; her brother Cecil Royce Stumblingbear; and her granddaughter Allana Buffalohead.
She is survived by: her children, Pete Buffalohead (Jenny), Jerod Buffalohead, Robert Collins, Bruce Collins and Justine Collins; her brother Alfred Stumblingbear; her grandchildren, Alia Buffalohead Pueblo (Trevor), Keetha Buffalohead, Andye Wolfe and Katzy Buffalohead; and her great grandchildren, Yeniah, Yenuzah, Josie, Vadan, Layana, Havoc, Vylette, Donanegah Zhinga, Kyrstyn and Mihayv. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Indian Avenue Baptist Church (146 E Indian Ave, Lawrence, KS 66046).
In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family asks that memorial donations be made to Indian Avenue Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice in her honor.
