Beva C. Stringer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2025, Beva C. Stringer of Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Rose Katherine Waller (Wode); her son Dwight Stringer; her brothers, Sylvester Leo, Clifford Ray and Dwight Merle; and her great grandchild Amara Grace Stringer.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Searles (Martin), Janis Stewart (Steve) and Jeff Stringer (Yolanda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Warren-Mcelwain Mortuary (120 W 13th St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Lawn.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Cornerstone Community Church, 2500 O'Connell Road, Lawrence, KS 66046.
