We bid farewell to Charles Henry Rappard of Lawrence, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 24, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Charles Rappard and Helen Fern Flory; his wife Frances Jean Scott of Abilene, TX; his son Charles Lathan; and his sister Dorothy (Kenneth).
He is survived by: his children, Laura Roberts (Hal), Sarah Rogers (Tom) and Andrew Rappard (Melanie); his grandchildren, Gideon, Micah, Rinnah, Jeremy and Archer; and his siblings, Glenn, Margaret and Mary.
