He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jesse Coleman Jr. and Hazel Marie Coleman (Sparks). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Andre Robinson and Renee Robinson; his stepgrandchildren, Brielle of Lawrence, Kansas and Roman Smith of Lawrence, Kansas; his sisters, Candi Wilbur (Patrick) of Lawrence and Chris Self (Keith) of Lawrence; his foster brother Ed Hamilton (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Jesse of Lawrence and Melia Self of Lawrence.
