He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jacob and Irene Jacob; his son Jeff Jacob; and his brother-in-law George Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jacob; his daughter Cari (Vern Andrews) of Holton, KS; his grandchildren, Kay Andrews (Christian Baldonado) of Topeka, KS and Jacob Andrews (Baylee Wolf) of Camas, Washington.; and his brothers, Rod (Jane Jacob), Tim (Helen Jacob), Jan (Vicki Jacob) and Gordon Blevins.
