He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Earl Pellis; his siblings, Mikel Jeromy Lee Wray, Lacie Spiker (Wray), Nina Simone Atkins, Toy Harrison, Stephen Webb II, Bria Cruse, Robert Moore, Jamaine Williams, Shay Peller, Christopher Needham, Jaiden Pellis, Allen Harrison, Vinnie Brooks, Trey Dudley, Jamal Pellis, James Peller Jr., Audrina Pellis, Aubrey Pellis, Jameise Needum, Gabrielle Davenport, Shenita Townsend and Terrance Carter; his siblings' children, Latalya Spiker, Jeromy Cumpton, Rylan Patterson and Jordon Spiker; and his grandparents, Jerry Lathrom, Sidney Gonce Sr., Willie Webb, James Phillips, Carol Gonce (Nightingale), Anne MiMi Nickson and Maggie Bennett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
