He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Rosenau Livingood and Harry Harlan Livingood; his brother-in-law Peter Wind; and his niece Kate Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Peg Livingood (Margaret); his daughters, Kimberly Livingood Noble (Grant Noble) of Olathe, KS and Jennifer Livingood (Brent Sullivan) of Riley, KS; his granddaughters, Callie Livingood, Maeley Noble, Nora and Lindy Sullivan; and his sisters, Chris McCoy (Mike), Stephanie Wind and Amy Rogers (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials in his name to one of the following: Lawrence Schools Foundation (for special education and autism resources) or Douglas County 4-H Foundation, to support granddaughter Callie.
