He was predeceased by: his father Robert Arthur; and his sister Debra Loomis Fetters. He is survived by: his mother Karen Lee Loomis (McKinney); his daughter Marlene of Belgium; his father-in-law Paul; and his brothers, Doug Loomis of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Duane Loomis of Excelsior Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
