We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2026, at the age of 97, Delma J. Jensen of Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde B. Hoover and Veva H. Schweikhardt Hoover; her spouse Thomas Russell Jensen; her son David Jensen; her grandson Brandon Old; and her siblings, Raymond, Paul Hoover and Eunice Osban.
She is survived by: her daughter Deanna Old; her daughter-in-law Pat Herrera-Thomas; her grandchildren, Aaron Old, Susan Tucker, Courtney Sanders and Jody Jensen; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Sanders, Jarin Sanders, Chloe Jensen Sanders, Sabastion Tucker, Penelope Tucker, Riley Old and McKenzie Old.
The family suggest memorials in her name to the Good Samaritan Fund at the Presbyterian Manor or to the charity of the donor's choice and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
