She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Boyd and Grace Boyd. She is survived by: her husband Norman John; her sister Judy of Fairview, TX; and her daughters, Cheryl (Doug) and Pamela (Steve). She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Ascend Hospice for the great care and comfort they provided or the Southside Church of Christ where Doris was a member.
