He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Huyser and Gertrude Huyser; his wife Barbara Lou VanKolken; and his grandson Michael Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Holmes (Don), Tom (LeAnn), David (JoAnn) and Gretchen Clark (Walter); his grandchildren, Jennifer Klingele (David), Christina Rynkowski (Michael Barber), Eli Gourley and William Huyser; and his great grandchildren, Melanie, Ashlyn, Bryton Holmes, Cadence, Joselyn, Zachary Klingele, Conner and Aryanna Rynkowski.
Memorial contributions can be made to The Presbyterian Manor Good Samaritan Fund of Lawrence, Kansas and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
