She was predeceased by : her parents, Eddie A. Reid and Grace I. Reid (Wiley); her husband, Glen H. Hazelwood; and her brothers, Ernest, Edward, Elmer, Elvin and Eugene. She is survived by: her children, Glen Hazelwood (Wanda) and Carol Louise Hazelwood of Gardner, KS; her grandson Adam Hazelwood; her great grandchild Megan Hazelwood; and her friends, Sharon Andrews and Alice Randall.
