He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Anthony and Mary Kramer (Overbaugh); his wife Barbara Kramer (Curtis); and his sons, Steve Kramer of Manhattan, KS, Jim Kramer, Ed Kramer and Greg Kramer.

A celebration of life will be announced, at a later date when social distancing is no longer recommended.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Tonganoxie.
