He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Mae (Brightwell) and Paul Eugene Stowe; his wife Sharon K. Rosebrough; and his siblings, Earl, Alvin Stowe and Neva Stowe.
He is survived by: his children, Mekell Stowe of Lawrence, Amy Benjamin (Jason) of Lawrence and Casey Vigil of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Adams, Cody Benjamin, Jaden Battelle, Colton Smith, Kylie Smith and Maeva Vigil; and his siblings, Charlotte Lewis, Judy Berry and Robert Stowe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
