He was predeceased by: his father John D Morris; his grandparents, Jack and Margaret Cheek; his uncle Robert Cheek; his stepfathers, Stephen Kyle Harper and Michael Reynolds; his cousin Robert Harrell; and his nephew Reece Massey.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Cheek Reynolds of Lawrence; his sister Penny Candrilli (Joe); his niece Kyla Candrilli; his nephews, Michael Candrilli and Ryan Candrilli; and his stepsiblings, Jeanne Everett (Steve), Julie Hayward (Brian), Jennifer Harper of Lawrence, Whitney Harper of Topeka and Brandon Harper (Lynne).
