She was predeceased by: her brothers, Tameki Tommy Kokka, Norio Kokka and Yoshimi Henry Kokka. She is survived by: her children, Mikka Gee Conway (J. Michael) and Brian Christopher Gee; and her siblings, Misako Ohmura, Kuniko Shimoguchi, Haruo Kokka, Osami Kokka (Sam), Hitoshi Kokka (John) and Sumaye Arleen Cowan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
