He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill and Geraldine; his wife Margaret; his brother Larry Lyons; and his grandsons, Taylor and Braydon Bird.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Meadowlark Estates Gracious Retirement Living (4430 Bauer Farm Dr, Lawrence, KS 66049).
