He is survived by: his wife Janine; his sons, John (Erin) and Michael; his grandchildren, Freya, Eleanor, Cecilia, Elsa and AJ; and his siblings, Tim (Sally), Paul (Claudia), Teresa Minton (Jim) and Mary Lou Monaghan (Martin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
