Hunt of Lawrence, Kansas; his brother Raymond Smith (Amanda) of Russell, Kansas; his close friend Anthony Forese of Lawrence, Kansas; his nephew Bodie Hamre of Russell, Kansas; his nieces, McKenna Powers of Russell, Kansas and Dakota Hamre of Russell, Kansas; and his pet Oreo.
In lieu of flowers a Memorial has been established with St. Luke's Foundation.
