He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon (Evelyn McMillen Baugher) and Kanwaka; his siblings, Lavon "Bub" Baugher and Gloria Baugher Ward; and his brother-in-law Russell Ward.
He is survived by: his niece Bobbie Ward Hinds (Mark); his nephews, Loren (Lora) and Terry Baugher (Eudora); his great-nephew Alan Hinds; and his great-niece Haley Baugher.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Lecompton Historical Society or the American Cancer Society.
