He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kelley and Ethel Kelley (Berger); his daughter Patricia Wagner; and his siblings, Betty Bossman, Jean Guarr, Peggy Fletcher, Phil Kelley and Robert Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Wagner (Laura) of Huntington, WV, Kurt Wagner (Donna) of Columbia, MO and Laurie Yotz (Greg); his grandchildren, Billy Griffith (Jordan), Amy Birk (Derek), Gennifer Birk (Damon), Greg Yotz, Jr. (Raven), Kristen Roney (Kenny) and Alysia Kerkove (Chris); his great grandchildren, Carter, Reid Kerkove, Levi, Berkleigh, Maverick, Casten Griffith, Grace, Caleb, Miles, Alex Birk, Case, Dexter, Amelia, Boden Birk, Owen, Henry Yotz, Addysen, Keagen and Tripten Roney; and his sister-in-law Lois Ann Lutz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (214 Juniatta St, Burlington, KS 66839). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church or Gridley Meals on Wheels.
