It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Alan Wilson of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Escondido, California, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Wilson; his siblings, Sharon and Timothy; and his niece Taryn. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Lange Wilson; his children, Lyle Edward Wilson, Cassandra Joyce Elizabeth Sparks and J. A. Victor Wilson; and his sister Karla Gutel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in Christ and many other friends.

Whether he was helping celebrate a child's birthday, offering words of encouragement to a friend over lunch, sewing a quilt for a new baby, or driving by to say hello during these COVID months, giving from his heart became his life.
