She was predeceased by: her daughter Carrie Elizabeth Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Chad Ellis (Donna), Jared Ellis (Beth), Chris Fairchild (Seana), Matthew Fairchild (Natalia) and Andrew Fairchild (Sarah); and her sister Susan Terry. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Martha's name may be made to St. Margaret's Episcopal Church or The University of Tennessee Nursing School.
