As Mary Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary Ann leaves behind.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Homer Paul Bowen and Grace L. Bowen; her brother Paul F. Bowen of Lawrence, Kansas; her daughter Stephanie Acheson (John); her grandchild Addison of Shawnee, Kansas; her son Jeremy Williams (Cassie) of Eudora; and her grandchildren, Marcus, Megan and Liz.
