She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Whitlock and Bernadette Whitlock (Cunningham); her brother Jerry Whitlock (Roberta); and her stepson Daniel R. Atkinson. She is survived by: her husband Ray; her former husbands, Allan Smith and Raymond R. Atkinson; her daughters, Katherine E. Smith and Susan E. Allen (Jay) of Wichita; her stepson Tim Atkinson (Jennifer) of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Jennifer), Connor, Haley Allen, Clayton and Levi Atkinson; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Lane Smith and Riley Atkinson; and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, friends.
