He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Milford and Stella Marie Goin; his brother Dennis Goin; his brother-in-law Richard Hartman; and his nephew Garrett Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Evans; his daughters, Carrie Raney (Patrick), Julie Rea (Jarret) of Lawrence, KS and Sarah Kliewer of Shawnee, KS.; his grandchildren, Zachary Kliewer (Olivia) of Lawrence, KS., Abigail Raney of Lawrence, KS., Drew Raney of Lawrence, KS., Jackson Rea of Lawrence, KS., Jake Rea of Lawrence, KS. and James Rea of Lawrence, KS.; and his siblings, Carol Hartman and Gerald Goin of Wathena, KS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
