He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Mitchell; and his brother Derek Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughter Chanelle McCluer; his mother Donna Vann Mitchell (Vann); and his sisters, Pamela Lawson (Isaiah) and Kimberly Fowler (Keith). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
