He was predeceased by: his father James O'Toole. He is survived by: his mother Jean O'Toole of Lawrence; his son Brian O'Toole (Tori); his grandchildren, Grayson and Tatum of Westfall, KS; his daughter Kelly Reams (Thomas); his grandchildren, Drew, Parker and Ryley of Gainesville, GA.; and his siblings, Kathleen Jones and Mike O'Toole (Jenny) of Leawood, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
