He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Mamie; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his sister Anna Brewer; his children, Becky Spence and David Wayne Kendrick (Lynnie); his grandchildren, Brianna Jantz (Dalton), Gavin Spence, Tyler (Samantha) and Samuel Kendrick (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Leo, Noah Kendrick and Owen Jantz; and his niece Judy Gragg.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (1517 E 15th St, Lawrence, KS 66044).
