With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Kermit Reitz of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ralph Kermit Reitz to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Reitz and Lucille Reitz (Mollhagen); and his grandson William. He is survived by : his wife Jean; his children, Jennifer (Steve) and Randall; his siblings, Sid (Susy) and Kenneth; and his grandsons, Jonathan and Steven. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (6001 Bob Billings Pkwy, Lawrence, KS 66049).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ralph's name to St. John Catholic School, Corpus Christi Catholic School, or The William Gregory Dennis Scholarship Fund (for Holy Trinity Catholic School boys attending Rockhurst High School) and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
