It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Link Foster of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Richard "Dick" H. Foster; and his sister Debbie Grame. He is survived by : his spouse Pama Gay Grewell; his daughter Shelby Leigh Foster; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Will, Dillon and Henry; his brother-in-law Melvin Grame; his in-laws, Gary Grewell, Pam and Bill Williamson; and also, Dinah Westervelt (Glen), Trave, Scoot Foster (Shell), Jon Bremer (Amie), Wayne Warren (Shelly), Mike Warren, Robin Grewell-Hines, Karen Foster and Tammy Schmidt (Wolf).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the River City Church (3001 Lawrence Ave, Lawrence, KS 66047).

Memorials may be given in Skip's name to the Coffeyville Community College Foundation (400 W. 11th St, Coffeyville, Kansas 67337).

“I was so sorry to hear that Skip had passed away. I had been calling him and had a fairly recent conversation with him! Many people were praying that he would fully recover. Skip was a very good man who had influenced so many people in his life. He will be greatly missed. I will certainly miss him! He leaves a great legacy behind! His family is in my prayers!
