He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Dean Lewis and Ada Josephine Lewis; and his wife Mildred Louise Sill. He is survived by: his brother Bill Lewis of Topeka; his children, Rhonda Russell (Randy) of Lawrence, Chip Lewis of Cowley and Mike Lewis (Heidi) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Nathan, Melanie, Spencer, Tara, Elizabeth and Charlene; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Julianna, Bailey, Willow, Lily, McKinley, Lincoln, Hunter, Chrysta, Merrick, Hanna and Kannon. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM.
