She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Terbush and Melva Terbush; and her brother Brent Terbush. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Simmons and Derek Simmons; her daughter-in-law Sheri Simmons; her grandchildren, Jackson and Teegan Simmons; and her sister Donetta Godsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
