With sadness, we share the passing of Sara Jean Benner of Lawrence, Kansas. Sara Jean, born on May 2, 1989, passed away on June 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gene, Norma Benner, Leonard and Betty Gaston. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Benner, Sr. and Beverly Gustafsson; her aunt Sandy Barnes; her daughter Alyx Freeman; and her siblings, Paul, Anders, Leah and Emily. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
