The passing of Sharon Kay Hurst of Lawrence, Kansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 82. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Sharon Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvey Craven and Delma Craven (Moxham); and her daughter Jody Hurst. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Rosewicz (Phil); and her granddaughters, Katherine Rosewicz and Jill Rosewicz.
A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dove Cremations & Funerals Southwest Chapel (3700 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66610).
