He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mach and Josephine Mach. He is survived by: his sister Florence Helmetag (Mach); his wife Virginia (Blum); his children, Michelle (Neal) and Mark; his daughter-in-law Sanu; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Joanna and Lydia.
In lieu of flowers, a monetary contribution may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Lawrence, Kansas, for the intention of Masses to be said in Tom's memory.
