He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Perez; his grandsons, Vincent Porfidio Castro Jr. and Anthony Rafael Castro; his daughter Remarried; his pets, Rocky and Reginald; his siblings, Eulalia Pulido, Antonia Florez, Marcy Jordan (Bill), Phyllis Gallardo (Eddie), Martin Castro (Frannie) and Frank Castro (Judy); and his children, Vincent Porfidio Castro Jr., Elizabeth Ann Castro (Walker), Juanita Jessica Bryant (Justin), Anthony Rafael Castro (Jacqueline) of Kansas City and Emily Rebecca Elizabeth Castro of Lawrence Kansas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
