He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nelle [Meyer] Nelligan; his sons, Richard Nelligan of Grovetown, GA, Arthur Nelligan (Sharon) of New Windsor, MD and Mark Nelligan (Kathy) of Laytonsville, MD; his grandchildren, Katie Nelligan of New Windsor, MD, Austin Nelligan (Megan) of New Windsor, MD, Patrick Nelligan (Tera) of Grovetown, GA, Jackie Nelligan of Bethesda, MD, Alexandra Nelligan of Bethesda, MD and Isabel Nelligan of Laytonsville, MD; his great grandchildren, Liam Nelligan of New Market, MD and Ava Nelligan of Grovetown, GA; his nephew Jon Lasiter (Gina) of Stockton, CA; and his nieces, Kathy Dunback (Steve) of Belleville, KS, Patsy Meyer-Williams of Salina, KS, Emily Grimes (Rodger) of Mansfield, TX and Melanie Hubbard of Ft Worth, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
