He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Kincade and Marsha Stanfield. He is survived by: his children, David Kincade and Paige Kincade; his siblings, Shannon Payne and Ryan Stanfield; his parents-in-law, Duane and Karan Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Alison (Scott Montgomery), Brooke Murray and Wesley (Ricci Murray). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Kincade family for his children.
