She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores Phillips (Faber) and Ralph Lee Frederick; and her sister Judy Curnutt. She is survived by: her sister Jackie Burd of Leavenworth, KS; her sons, Brandon Mathis and Darren Mathis; and her grandson Maddox Wade Mathis.
