He is survived by: his wife Linda Atkins; his daughters, Janet Rhodes (William) and Rhonda Chesnut (Danny); his brother Bruce Atkins (Mary); his sister-in-law Jeannie Atkins; and his grandchildren, Dwaine Hood (Michelle), Saydee Vogel (Ryan), Katelyn Gilmore and Shelby Hood. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
