As Cynthia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cynthia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rossiter and Irene Nicola Bransfield; her husband Dr. Harry B. Porter (Dick); her brother-in-law Col. Clement D. Eagan; and her nephew-in-law Allan Shimshack.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Eagan of Bryan, TX; her nieces, Elizabeth Shimshack (John Bruce) of College Station, TX and Angela Eagan of Nashville, TN; her great-nephew John Childs of Nashville, TN; and her pet Olivia.
