He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Owens (Reichling); his children, David Owens, Frank Owens (Shelly Bledsoe), Tony Owens (Ann) and Krystal Owens-Taylor (Mike); his grandchildren, Wendy Murray (Tim), Ashley Kappeas (Marc), Toni Marie Owens, Faith Owens, Allison Lee (Chris), Hannah Owens, Julie Owens, Kayla Taylor and Kody Taylor; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Deacon, Raegyn, Briar, Baylei, Raelynn, Shane, Wyatt, Daryl and McKinley; and his siblings, Robert Edward Owens, Jr., Sue Roche and Linda Griffith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
