Donna Wedel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Wedel of Leavenworth, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2025 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Wedel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hund and Louise Hund (Billings); and her siblings, Barbara, Steve and David Hund.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her daughters, Rachel Wedel, Rebecca Romary (Kevin) and Alicia Wedel (Justin Gonzzales); her grandson Ryder Romary; and her siblings, Henry Hund Jr. (Shirley), Kathy Peters (Dan), Mary Salvage (Ted), Angie Mattingly, Denise Lunt (Ron), Paul Hund (Doris), Dennis Hund (Pam) and Mark Hund.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belden Larkin Funeral Home (707 S 6th St, Leavenworth, KS 66048). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 6:50 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Francis de Sales Church (900 Ida St, Lansing, KS 66043).
