He is survived by : his wife Brenda Chaput of Leavenworth, KS; his children, Renee Lemons (John) of Leavenworth, KS, Eddie Chaput (Erin) of Clifton, KS and Nathan Chaput of Concordia, KS.; his brother Larry Chaput (Judy) of Clifton, KS.; his grandchildren, Calvin, Christian (Rebecca), Conner, Kayleigh, Kylee, Katelynn Fouquet of Breanna, D. J., Dominic, Hunter, Maci Chaput and Raylea Studt; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Evelyn Fouquet, Sage Chaput and Lakelynn Smith.
