She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Corriston and Oka Corriston (Earl "Corky" LaFontaine); and her children, Kimberly Einhellig, Helen Farquhar, Joseph, Earl Eugene and Walter Allen LaFontaine.
She is survived by: her children, Earlene Brooks (Carl), Roberta (Wayne), Michael (Pat) and Tracie LaFontaine (Rosa). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Belden Larkin Funeral Home (707 S 6th St, Leavenworth, KS 66048). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery (16731 Springdale Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leavenworth Local (600 Shawnee St, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
