He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. King and Susie T. King (Taylor); his wife Mary Jo; his daughter Kandy; and his son-in-law Carl Ezekiel.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Ezekiel, Pamela Henry (Butch) and Steven King (Grace); and his sister Margaret McJunkin.
