He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin L. Wardlow Sr. (Pansy) and Irene Harvey Wardlow; and his brother Melvin Wardlow Jr. (Roger Tolliver). He is survived by: his children, Brent J. Wardlow, Nicole E. Feagins, Michelle Smith (Michael) and Jerry J. Blair II; his friends, John Gallagher, Don, Denise Portice and Pat Severies; his wife Beatrice Carmona Wardlow; his grandchildren, Taylar, Sierra, Michaela, Zoe, Paige and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Brynleigh, Teagan and Noah; his siblings, Steven Wardlow (Tina), Mike Wardlow (Mona), Larry Wardlow and Laura Tolliver; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara (Tom), Kessler (Kansas), Bonnie Wardlow (Colorado) and Susan Carmona (Germany). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
